Steps
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).<br>2. In a bowl, mix chopped nuts with cinnamon and sugar.<br>3. Brush a baking dish with melted butter. Place 2 sheets of phyllo dough, brushing each with butter.<br>4. Sprinkle a layer of the nut mixture over the phyllo.<br>5. Repeat layering phyllo and nuts, ending with 2 layers of phyllo on top.<br>6. Score the top layers into diamond or square shapes.<br>7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.<br>8. While baking, heat honey and water in a saucepan until combined.<br>9. Once baklava is out of the oven, pour honey mixture over it.<br>10. Allow to cool before serving.
