Apple and Chicken Skillet with Cinnamon Glaze

Steps

1. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and half of the cinnamon. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside. 3. In the same skillet, add butter and apples. Sauté apples for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened. 4. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon over apples and drizzle honey. Stir gently to coat and warm through. 5. Return chicken to the skillet and spoon apple mixture over it. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to blend flavors. 6. Garnish with fresh thyme or rosemary if desired and serve warm.
