Italian Turkey Potato Sandwich

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. Slice the ciabatta roll in half horizontally. 3. Layer the turkey slices on the bottom half of the roll. 4. Top the turkey with the sliced potatoes, onions, and tomatoes. 5. Season with salt and pepper. 6. Place the mozzarella cheese slices on top. 7. Cover with the top half of the roll. 8. Place the sandwich on a baking sheet. 9. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the sandwich is heated through. 10. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
