Paneer Tikka Masala

A flavorful and creamy Indian dish made with marinated paneer cubes cooked in a rich tomato-based gravy.

Steps

1. In a bowl, mix together yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, cumin, coriander, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. Add paneer cubes and coat them well with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes. 2. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Thread the marinated paneer cubes onto skewers and brush them with oil. Place the skewers on a baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the paneer is golden brown. 3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion until golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute. 4. Add tomato puree, cumin, coriander, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. Cook the masala gravy on medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. 5. Stir in the heavy cream and cooked paneer tikka. Simmer for another 5 minutes. 6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.
