Steps
1. Season the tuna fillet with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add the tuna fillet and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
4. Remove the tuna from the skillet and set aside.
5. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
6. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
7. Stir in the lemon juice and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
8. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the chopped parsley.
9. Serve the seared tuna with the lemon butter sauce drizzled on top.
