Steps
1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
3. Add chicken breast and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
4. In a small bowl, mix grated ginger, minced garlic, honey, and soy sauce.
5. Pour the ginger honey sauce over the chicken in the pan and cook for another 2 minutes, spooning the sauce over the chicken to glaze it.
6. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped spring onion if desired.
7. Serve hot with rice or steamed vegetables.
