Steps

1. Toast the whole grain bread slices until golden brown. 2. Layer the sliced tomato on one slice of toasted bread. 3. Add the mozzarella cheese slices on top of the tomato. 4. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the cheese. 5. Place fresh basil leaves on top of the cheese. 6. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the basil. 7. Top with the second slice of bread and press down gently. 8. Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
