
Steps
- Toast the whole grain bread slices until golden brown.
- Layer the sliced tomato on one slice of toasted bread.
- Add the mozzarella cheese slices on top of the tomato.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper over the cheese.
- Place fresh basil leaves on top of the cheese.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze over the basil.
- Top with the second slice of bread and press down gently.
- Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
