Steps
1. Slice the zucchini into 1/4 inch thick slices and lightly grill or sauté them in a pan with a little olive oil until tender. Set aside.
2. Slice the fresh mozzarella and tomato into similar thicknesses.
3. On a plate, layer one slice of zucchini, followed by a slice of mozzarella, a slice of tomato, and a basil leaf.
4. Repeat the layers until you have a small stack, finishing with another slice of zucchini on top.
5. Drizzle with balsamic glaze, and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
