Steps
1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
2. Add the beef cubes and cook until browned on all sides.
3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Add the corn kernels and cooked rice to the pan. Stir well to combine.
