Quick and Easy Pita Pizza

A delicious and simple pita pizza that’s perfect for a quick meal. Crispy pita bread topped with tangy tomato sauce, melted mozzarella, and fresh basil makes a perfect personal pizza.

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. Place the pita bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 3. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pita bread. 4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce. 5. Add fresh basil leaves and any optional toppings you like. 6. Drizzle olive oil over the pizza and season with salt and pepper. 7. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. 8. Remove from oven, let cool for a minute, then slice and serve.
