Steps
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. In a bowl, combine potatoes, onions, grated tomatoes and ketchup. Mash with a fork.
3. Mix the mixture and shape into small tikkis.
4. Cut each slice of bread into 2 equal pieces and stick each tikki piece onto one side.
5. Place the tikkis onto a greased tray and bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
6. Serve hot with a chutney or a sauce of your choice.
