Quick Onion and Potato Tikki

This is a crispy and tasty vegetarian main dish from India. Preparing is simple and preparations time is short, everyone at the table will love it!

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 350F. 2. In a bowl, combine potatoes, onions, grated tomatoes and ketchup. Mash with a fork. 3. Mix the mixture and shape into small tikkis. 4. Cut each slice of bread into 2 equal pieces and stick each tikki piece onto one side. 5. Place the tikkis onto a greased tray and bake for 15 minutes or until golden. 6. Serve hot with a chutney or a sauce of your choice.
