Steps

1. Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Gently lower the egg in and cook for 7 minutes for a soft-boiled yolk. Transfer to cold water, peel, and halve. 2. Lightly steam broccoli and blanch green beans for 2 minutes; set aside to cool. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, chopped herbs, Simply Green juice, salt, and pepper to create the dressing. 4. Arrange lettuce as a base in a large bowl. Artistically layer carrots, broccoli, green beans, avocado, mango, blueberries, and strawberries on top. 5. Place the halved egg in the center. Drizzle everything with herbed yogurt dressing. 6.
