Steps
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cut pita bread into small triangles to make chips.

4. Arrange pita chips on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden and crisp.
5. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, roasted red peppers, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, olive oil, and salt.
6. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding a little water if needed to reach desired consistency.
7. Transfer hummus to a serving bowl and drizzle with a little olive oil.
8. Serve the roasted red pepper hummus alongside warm homemade pita chips.
