- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sautéing until translucent.
- Add the ground meat, cooking until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Stir in the shredded cabbage and diced apple, cooking until the cabbage softens (about 5-7 minutes).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta with the meat mixture. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, topping with cheese if desired.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until heated through and cheese is bubbly (if using).
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
