Steps
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the sliced cabbage and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly wilted.
4. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring well to coat the cabbage.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
6. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onion before serving.
