
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cut the tops off the mini peppers and remove the seeds.
- In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Stuff each mini pepper with the cheese mixture, packing it in gently.
- Place the stuffed peppers on a baking tray and drizzle with a little olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the peppers are tender and the tops are golden.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
