
Steps
- Heat olive oil in a medium pan over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add diced chicken breast, season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian herbs. Cook until browned.
- Stir in chopped bell peppers and green peas, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add the rice, stirring to combine, then pour in the chicken broth.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes or until rice is cooked and liquid is absorbed.
- Fluff the rice with a fork and serve hot.
