Steps
1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
3. While the chicken is cooking, prepare the strawberry sauce: In a small saucepan, combine sliced strawberries, balsamic vinegar, honey, and a pinch of salt. Cook over medium heat until the strawberries break down and the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
4. Once the chicken is cooked, pour the strawberry balsamic sauce over it in the skillet. Let it simmer for another 2 minutes to blend the flavors.
5. Serve the chicken on a plate, drizzled with extra sauce and garnished with fresh basil leaves.
