Shepherd's Delight: Creamy Garlic Potato and Carrot Bake with Lamb

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). 2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and brown the sheep meat on all sides. Season with salt and pepper. 3. In a baking dish, layer the sliced potatoes and carrots, then add the browned sheep meat on top. 4. In a bowl, mix the minced garlic with the milk, and pour it over the layered ingredients. 5. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes. 6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden. 7. Garnish with fresh rosemary before serving.
