Steps

1. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. 3. Warm the tortilla in a dry pan or microwave for 20 seconds. 4. Lay the tortilla flat and layer with cooked rice, black beans, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and cooked shrimp. 5.
