Steps
1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, honey, lime juice, ground cumin, salt, and pepper.
2. Add chicken cubes and pineapple chunks to the marinade, toss well, and let sit for 15 minutes.
3. Thread the chicken and pineapple alternately onto the wooden skewer.
4. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
5. Grill skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
6. Remove from grill and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
