Single-Serve Strawberry Cheesecake

A creamy, luscious strawberry cheesecake made just for one. This easy-to-make dessert combines a buttery graham cracker crust with smooth cream cheese filling and fresh strawberry topping.

Steps

1. Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs. 2. Mix the crumbs with melted butter and press into the base of a small glass or ramekin to form the crust. 3. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. 4. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mix well. 5. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. 6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. 7. Spoon the filling over the crust and smooth the top. 8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. 9. Before serving, top with sliced strawberries and a small dollop of strawberry jam if desired.
