Steps

1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 3. Cook the chicken breast for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. 4. Remove the chicken and set aside. 5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. 6. Add diced tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes until they soften. 7. Stir in balsamic vinegar and chopped basil; cook for another minute. 8. Return chicken to the skillet and spoon the tomato basil mixture on top. 9. Cook together for 1-2 minutes to combine flavors. 10. Serve hot.
