Soya Sauce Glazed Brinjals

Steps

1. Wash and slice the brinjal into 1/2 inch rounds. 2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. 3. Place the brinjal slices in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and tender. 4. Drizzle soya sauce evenly over the brinjal slices and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, allowing the sauce to glaze the brinjals. 5. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and sesame seeds if using. 6. Serve warm as a side dish or snack.
