5. Remove the sweet potato from the oven; carefully split it open and gently smash the flesh to create a base.
6. Layer the beef and cabbage mixture over the sweet potato.
7. Top with sliced avocado and cottage cheese or feta.
8. Drizzle hot honey generously over the top.
9. Sprinkle red pepper flakes to taste and serve immediately.
