1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). 2. Roast the sweet potato on a baking sheet for 35-40 minutes until fork-tender and caramelized. 3. While the potato roasts, heat a skillet over medium heat and brown the ground beef with garlic powder and cumin until fully cooked. 4. Add shredded cabbage, lime juice, and salt to the skillet; sauté for 2-3 minutes until cabbage is tender but still crisp. 5. Remove the sweet potato from the oven; carefully split it open and gently smash the flesh to create a base. 6. Layer the beef and cabbage mixture over the sweet potato. 7. Top with sliced avocado and cottage cheese or feta. 8. Drizzle hot honey generously over the top. 9. Sprinkle red pepper flakes to taste and serve immediately.
