Steps
1. In a bowl, mix the dried cranberries, chopped walnuts, rolled oats, ground cinnamon, and ground cloves.
2. Warm the honey slightly and stir it into the dry ingredients until they start to stick together.
3. Form the mixture into 3-4 small bite-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
4. Melt the dark chocolate gently in a double boiler or microwave.
5. Drizzle the melted dark chocolate over the walnut-cranberry bites.
6. Optional: add a few drops of fresh orange zest over the chocolate for an extra aromatic layer.
7. Refrigerate for 20 minutes to set the chocolate before serving.
