Steps
1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized cubes.
2. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, olive oil, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice until well combined.
3. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours).
4. Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.
5. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
6. Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
7. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes.
8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
