Steps

1. Marinate chicken in yogurt, turmeric, chili powder, salt. 2. Heat oil, add whole spices, onions, ginger, garlic. 3. Add tomatoes, marinated chicken. 4. Cook rice separately. 5. Layer rice and chicken in a pot. 6. Cook on low heat until rice is done. 7. Garnish with coriander leaves.
