Spicy Corn Fry

Steps

1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. 2. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. 3. Add chopped green chili and sauté for 30 seconds. 4. Add sweet corn kernels and stir well. 5. Sprinkle red chili powder, turmeric powder, chaat masala, and salt. 6. Stir-fry the mixture for 5-7 minutes until the corn is cooked and slightly crispy. 7. Turn off heat and add lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves. 8. Mix well and serve hot.
