Steps
1. Cut the chicken breast into strips. 2. In one bowl, beat the egg. In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. 3. Dip each chicken strip into the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture. 4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken tenders until golden brown and cooked through. 5. Remove and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
