Steps
1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, and pepper.
2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
3. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
4. Place the skewers on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
5. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
