Steps
1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add minced fish, season with salt and pepper, and cook until fish is opaque and cooked through.
4. Push the fish to one side of the pan and crack in the eggs, scrambling them gently.
5. Once eggs are nearly cooked, add the cooked noodles to the pan.
6. Stir everything together, adding the chili sauce and mixing well to coat evenly.
7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
8. Garnish with chopped green onion if desired and serve hot.
