Steps

1. Heat oil in a pan, add finely chopped garlic, ginger, and onions. Cook until onions are translucent. 2. Add curry sauce, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for a few minutes. 3. Carefully slice the boiled eggs and add them to the curry. Cook for another 5 minutes. 4. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot with rice or bread.
