Steps
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
2. Preheat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add chicken, onion and bell pepper. Cook until chicken is browned and vegetables are tender.
4. Add garlic powder, ginger powder, chili powder and ground black pepper. Stir to combine.
5. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine.
6. Add the soy sauce and stir to combine.
7. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper, if necessary.
8. Serve and enjoy!
