Gingered Tea Ramen

Ramen noodles cooked in flavorful tea broth and seasoned with ginger - a light and delicious main dish

Steps

1.Bring a pot of water to a boil, add the ramen noodles. Boil until soft, about 8 minutes. Drain and set aside. 2.In a clean pot, pour in tea. Add ginger, soy sauce and sesame oil. Bring to the boil. 3.Reduce heat to low and add the ramen noodles. Simmer for up to 5 minutes. 4.Garnish with spring onions if desired and serve.

1 pack ramen noodles, 2 cups hot tea of your choice, 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger, 2 teaspoons light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, garnish (optional): freshly-chopped spring onions
