Steps
1. In a small bowl, combine diced mango, chopped chili, honey, lime juice, and smoked paprika to make the mango chili glaze.
2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the shrimp. Season lightly with salt.
3. Cook shrimp for 2 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
4. Toss cooked shrimp in the mango chili glaze until evenly coated.
5. Arrange cucumber slices on a serving plate.
6. Place one glazed shrimp on each cucumber round.
7. Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves and serve immediately.
