Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
2. Place the flatbread on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil with minced garlic and brush evenly over the flatbread.
4. Arrange the sliced tomato evenly over the flatbread.
5. Distribute the mozzarella slices on top of the tomatoes.
6. Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and chili flakes over the flatbread.
7. Place the finely sliced red chili over the cheese to add spice.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
9. Remove from oven, scatter fresh basil leaves on top, and let it cool slightly before serving.
