Steps
1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Toss in the sliced bell pepper and julienned carrot, stir-frying for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
4. Add the cooked soya beans to the pan, stirring well.
5. Pour in the soy sauce and sriracha (if using), mixing everything together. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
