Steps
1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and pepper. Add chicken chunks and marinate for at least 1 hour.
2. Thread marinated chicken onto soaked skewers.
3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat and grill skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until charred and cooked through.
4. For the cucumber raita, mix all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
5. Serve the spicy tandoori chicken skewers with the cool cucumber raita on the side.
