5. Add the turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well to combine all the spices.
6. Cook the curry for another 5-7 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
7. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with rice or naan bread.
