Steps
1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
2. Add finely chopped onions, garlic, ginger, and green chili. Saute until onions are translucent.
3. Add turmeric, coriander, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and release their juices.
5. Add water if needed for desired consistency. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or bread.
