Steps
1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
2. Add finely chopped onions, garlic, ginger, and green chili. Saute until onions are soft.
3. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric, coriander, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
4. Add water if needed to adjust consistency. Simmer for a few minutes.
5. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with rice or bread.
