Stir-Fried Cabbage, Capsicum, and Carrot Medley

Steps

1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. 2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. 3. Add the carrot and capsicum slices, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes. 4. Add shredded cabbage, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and chili flakes if using. 5. Continue stir-frying for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender but still crisp. 6. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
