Steps

1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and cut it into cubes. 2. Heat sesame oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. 3. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant. 4. Add the cubed tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. 5. Stir in the broccoli, bell peppers, and zucchini, cooking for another 3-5 minutes until vegetables are tender but still crisp. 6. Pour in the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper, stirring to combine. 7. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
