Steps

1. Begin by heating the beans in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally. 2. Using a separate pan, add the onion, red pepper, and 2 tablespoons of oil and cook for 3-4 minutes. 3. Then add the lettuce, tomato, salsa and taco seasoning to the pan, stir for another 2-3 minutes. 4. In a large bowl, combine the beans and sautéed veggies. 5. Top the salad with the taco chips and serve.
