Steps
1. Start by marinating the chicken. In a bowl, mix the ketchup, olive oil, tandoori masala, salt and pepper.
2. Add the chicken to the marinade and let it sit for at least 1 hour.
3. Preheat the oven to 350F/175C.
4. Grease a baking dish with olive oil and add the carrots, mushrooms and garlic.
5. Add the chicken to the baking dish and spread the marinade on top.
6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the chicken is completely cooked.
7. Serve hot.
