Steps

1. Toast the caraway seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Let cool slightly. 2. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and toasted caraway seeds to create the dressing. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 3. Tear the toasted nori into bite-sized pieces and place them on a plate. 4. Arrange the julienned cucumber and fresh blueberries on top of the nori. 5. Drizzle the caraway dressing over the salad. 6. Garnish with microgreens for a fresh finish and serve immediately.
