- Steps of preparation:
- Peel and cut the banana, carrots and avocado into small pieces.
- Place everything into a blender and mix on a medium-high speed for about 2 minutes.
- Add honey and oatmeal and mix for about 1 more minute.
- Serve and enjoy!
