Steps
1. In a skillet, sauté the shiitake mushrooms and garlic until tender. Season with soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
2. Place a spoonful of the mushroom filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, then fold and pleat to seal.
3. Arrange the dumplings in a steamer basket lined with parchment paper. Steam for 8-10 minutes until the wrappers are translucent.
4. Remove the dumplings from the steamer and drizzle with truffle oil.
5. Garnish with chopped scallions and sesame seeds before serving.
