1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). 2. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, drained tuna, and tomato sauce. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano. 4. Transfer the pasta mixture to a lightly greased baking dish. 5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg and grated cheese until smooth. Pour this mixture over the pasta. 6.
